Graduate Program Coordinator Pin Wuan Lin was rewarded with the Recognition Award at this year’s University System of Maryland Administrative Professionals Conference, hosted by the Learning & Talent Development division of the University Human Resources office.
With a theme of I.A.M: Innovate, Articulate, Motivate, the goal of the conference was to provide administrative professionals with tools regarding innovation, business skills and leadership that can improve individual departments and the overall university community.
The event was held on July 27 and consisted of various breakout sessions led by professionals in the state that delved into topics like social media and artificial intelligence, colleague and student relationships and how to generate communication skills.
The day concluded with recognition awards and a wrap-up session. Pin Wuan has been the graduate program coordinator for seven years and has been an impeccable asset to the AREC community. Congratulations Pin Wuan!
